Executive Assistant to City Council, City of Columbia
Libby Gober, Executive Assistant to City of Columbia Government City Council, has loved Five Points since her time as a USC student. Her earliest memories of Five Points were going out with fellow classmates. She now enjoys a glass of wine after work with an ahi tuna steak from Delaney's Music Pub. She also frequents The Gourmet Shop, Yesterdays Restaurant & Tavern, and loves to browse around Revente and 2G's Clothing. Her favorite Five Points memories were made at her favorite event, #StPatsinFivePoints. Gober is also a member of the famous Kudzu Queens - you might have seen her on their float during the St. Pats Parade!
Col. Jack Van Loan is a dear, dear friend of mine, someone I know personally, that is a true American hero.
The Five Points Centennial Plaza, built by the Five Points Association in November 2016, with the statue of Col. Jack Van Loan is her favorite Five Points landmark. She also loves the original Five Points Fountain and its magic.
