Marketing/Promotions Committee
The purpose of the marketing committee is to present the Five Points community and the Association to the public in a creative and positive light. The committee members need to represent a variety of businesses in Five Points, so that all target audiences can be reached.Some Marketing Committee duties include:
-Placing ads in local media.
-Developing campaigns to continue attracting traffic to the whole area.
-Reporting to the Board of Directors on current marketing issues
-Maintaining relationships with other Five Points Merchants and encouraging them to participate in promotional activities.
-The Marketing Chair should be the most accessible member of the committee and should organize monthly meetings for their committee. The chair is also the voice of that committee and is responsible for presenting information at board meetings.

St. Pat's Committee
The St. Patrick’s Day committee is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing the annual St Patrick’s Day celebration. This committee is made up of members who are appointed by the chair and the festival manager.St. Pat’s duties as it pertains to the board of directors:
-Updating the board on the festival
-Fund-raising for festival
-Submitting applications for Hospitality and Accommodation tax.
-The St. Patrick’s Day committee chair should be the most accessible member of the committee and should organize monthly meetings for their committee. The chair is also the voice of that committee and is responsible for presenting information at board meetings.

Membership Committee
The membership committee’s primary responsibility is to gain more members for the association.Some Membership Committee duties are:
-Helping to organize the monthly membership meetings. (i.e. mailers, locations, times, agendas, etc)
-Getting information about joining the association to new businesses in the area.
-Updating the membership list in the database
-Sending invoices yearly to collect dues and keeping a running account of who is and who is not a member.
-Developing new benefits for joining the association.
-The Membership chair should be the most accessible member of the committee and should organize monthly meetings for their committee. The chair is also the voice of that committee and is responsible for presenting information at board meetings.
